9/11 COMMISSIONERS
The co-chairs of the 9/11 Commission (Thomas Keane and Lee Hamilton) said that the CIA (and likely the White House) "obstructed our investigation".
The co-chairs of the 9/11 Commission also said that the 9/11 Commissioners knew that military officials misrepresented the facts to the Commission, and the Commission considered recommending criminal charges for such false statements, yet didn't bother to tell the American people (free subscription required).
Indeed, the co-chairs of the Commission now admit that the Commission largely operated based upon political considerations.
9/11 Commission co-chair Lee Hamilton says "I don't believe for a minute we got everything right", that the Commission was set up to fail, that people should keep asking questions about 9/11, that the 9/11 debate should continue, and that the 9/11 Commission report was only "the first draft" of history.

Col. Jeff Latas) is a member of a group which doubts the government's version of 9/11

U.S. Marine Corps lieutenant colonel, a fighter pilot with over 300 combat missions flown and a 21-year Marine Corps career (Lt. Colonel Shelton F. Lankford) believes that 9/11 was an inside job, and said:
"This isn't about party, it isn't about Bush Bashing. It's about our country, our constitution, and our future. ...
Your countrymen have been murdered and the more you delve into it the more it looks as though they were murdered by our government, who used it as an excuse to murder other people thousands of miles away.

U.S. Navy 'Top Gun' pilot (Commander Ralph Kolstad) who questions the official account of 9/11 and is calling for a new investigation, says "When one starts using his own mind, and not what one was told, there is very little to believe in the official story".
The Group Director on matters of national security in the U.S. Government Accountability Office said that President Bush did not respond to unprecedented warnings of the 9/11 disaster and conducted a massive cover-up instead of accepting responsibility

He also said that the government is ordering the media to cover up her allegations about 9/11. And he said that some of the claims concerning government involvement in 9/11 are credible, that "very serious questions have been raised about what they [U.S. government officials] knew beforehand and how much involvement there might have been", that engineering 9/11 would not be humanly or psychologically beyond the scope of the current administration, and that there's enough evidence to justify a new, "hard-hitting" investigation into 9/11 with subpoenas and testimony taken under oath.
A 27-year CIA veteran, who chaired National Intelligence Estimates and personally delivered intelligence briefings to Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush, their Vice Presidents, Secretaries of State, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and many other senior government officials (Raymond McGovern) said “I think at simplest terms, there’s a cover-up. The 9/11 Report is a joke”, and is open to the possibility that 9/11 was an inside job.
A 29-year CIA veteran, former National Intelligence Officer (NIO) and former Director of the CIA's Office of Regional and Political Analysis (William Bill Christison) said “I now think there is persuasive evidence that the events of September did not unfold as the Bush administration and the 9/11 Commission would have us believe. ... All three [buildings that were destroyed in the World Trade Center] were most probably destroyed by controlled demolition charges placed in the buildings before 9/11."
20-year Marine Corps infantry and intelligence officer, the second-ranking civilian in U.S. Marine Corps Intelligence, and former CIA clandestine services case officer (David Steele) stated that "9/11 was at a minimum allowed to happen as a pretext for war", and it was probably an inside job (see Customer Review dated October 7, 2006).
A decorated 20-year CIA veteran, who Pulitzer-Prize winning investigative reporter Seymour Hersh called "perhaps the best on-the-ground field officer in the Middle East”, and whose astounding career formed the script for the Academy Award winning motion picture Syriana (Robert Baer) said that"the evidence points at" 9/11 having had aspects of being an inside job .
The Division Chief of the CIA’s Office of Soviet Affairs, who served as Senior Analyst from 1966 - 1990. He also served as Professor of International Security at the National War College from 1986 - 2004 (Melvin Goodman) said "The final [9/11 Commission] report is ultimately a coverup."
Professor of History and International Relations, University of Maryland. Former Executive Assistant to the Director of the National Security Agency, former military attaché in China, with a 21-year career in U.S. Army Intelligence (Major John M. Newman, PhD, U.S. Army) questions the government's version of the events of 9/11.
The head of all U.S. intelligence, the Director of National Intelligence (Mike McConnel) said "9/11 should have and could have been prevented"
A number of intelligence officials, including a CIA Operations Officer who co-chaired a CIA multi-agency task force coordinating intelligence efforts among many intelligence and law enforcement agencies (Lynne Larkin) sent a joint letter to Congress expressing their concerns about “serious shortcomings,” “omissions,” and “major flaws” in the 9/11 Commission Report and offering their services for a new investigation (they were ignored).

A prominent physicist with 33 years of service for the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington, DC (Dr. David L. Griscom) said that the official theory for why the Twin Towers and world trade center building 7 collapsed "does not match the available facts" and supports the theory that the buildings were brought down by controlled demolition
A world-renowned scientist, recipient of the National Medal of Science, America's highest honor for scientific achievement (Dr. Lynn Margulis) said:
"I suggest that those of us aware and concerned demand that the glaringly erroneous official account of 9/11 be dismissed as a fraud and a new, thorough, and impartial investigation be undertaken."
The former head of the Fire Science Division of the government agency which claims that the World Trade Centers collapsed due to fire (the National Institute of Standards and Technology), who is one of the world’s leading fire science researchers and safety engineers, a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering (Dr. James Quintiere), called for an independent review of the World Trade Center Twin Tower collapse investigation. "I wish that there would be a peer review of this," he said, referring to the NIST investigation. "I think all the records that NIST has assembled should be archived. I would really like to see someone else take a look at what they've done; both structurally and from a fire point of view. ... I think the official conclusion that NIST arrived at is questionable."
The principal electrical engineer for the entire World Trade Center complex, who was "very familiar with the structures and [the Twin Towers'] conceptual design parameters" (Richard F. Humenn), stated that "the mass and strength of the structure should have survived the localized damage caused by the planes and burning jet fuel . . . . the fuel and planes alone did not bring the Towers down."
Former Director for Research, Director for Aeronautical Projects, and Flight Research Program Manager for NASA's Dryden Flight Research Center, who holds masters degrees in both physics and engineering (Dwain A. Deets) says:
"The many visual images (massive structural members being hurled horizontally, huge pyroclastic clouds, etc.) leave no doubt in my mind explosives were involved [in the destruction of the World Trade Centers on 9/11].''
A prominent physicist, former U.S. professor of physics from a top university, and a former principal investigator for the U.S. Department of Energy, Division of Advanced Energy Projects (Dr. Steven E. Jones) stated that the world trade centers were brought down by controlled demolition

A mechanical engineer with 20 years experience as a Fire Protection Engineer for the U.S. Departments of Energy, Defense, and Veterans Affairs, who is a contributing Subject Matter Expert to the U.S. Department of Energy Fire Protection Engineering Functional Area Qualification Standard for Nuclear Facilities, a board member of the Northern California - Nevada Chapter of the Society of Fire Protection Engineers, currently serving as Fire Protection Engineer for the city of San Jose, California, the 10th largest city in the United States (Edward S. Munyak) believes that the World Trade Center was destroyed by controlled demolition.
The former Chief of the Strategic and Emergency Planning Branch, U.S. Department of Energy, and former Director of the Office of Engineering at the Public Service Commission in Washington, D.C., who is a mechanical engineer (Enver Masud) , does not believe the official story, and believes that there is a prima facie case for controlled demolition of the World Trade Center.
A professor of mathematics (Gary Welz) said "The official explanation that I've heard doesn't make sense because it doesn't explain why I heard and felt an explosion before the South Tower fell and why the concrete was pulverized"

FAMILY MEMBERS AND HEROIC FIRST RESPONDERS
A common criticism of those who question 9/11 is that they are being "disrespectful to the victims and their families".
However, half of the victim's families believe that 9/11 was an inside job (according to the head of the largest 9/11 family group, Bill Doyle) (and listen to this interview). Many family and friends of victims not only support the search for 9/11 truth, but they demand it (please ignore the partisan tone). See also this interview.
Indeed, it has now become so clear that the 9/11 Commission was a whitewash that the same 9/11 widows who called for the creation of the 9/11 Commission are now demanding a NEW investigation (see also this video).
And dying heroes, soon-to-be victims themselves, the first responders who worked tirelessly to save lives on and after 9/11, say that controlled demolition brought down the Twin Towers and that a real investigation is necessary.

The former director of the FBI (Louis Freeh) says there was a cover up by the 9/11 Commission
Former air traffic controller, who knows the flight corridor which the two planes which hit the Twin Towers flew "like the back of my hand" and who handled two actual hijackings (Robin Hordon) says that 9/11 could not have occurred as the government says, and that planes can be tracked on radar even when their transponders are turned off.
Perhaps "the premiere collapse expert in the country", who 9/11 Commissioner Timothy Roemer referred to as a "very, very respected expert on building collapse", the head of the New York Fire Department's Special Operations Command and the most highly decorated firefighter in its NYFD history, who had previously "commanded rescue operations at many difficult and complex disasters, including the Oklahoma City Bombing, the 1993 World Trade Center Bombing, and many natural disasters worldwide" thought that the collapse of the South Tower was caused by bombs, because the collapse of the building was too even to have been caused by anything else.
Former Deputy Secretary for Intelligence and Warning under Nixon, Ford, and Carter (Morton Goulder), former former Deputy Director to the White House Task Force on Terrorism (Edward L. Peck), and former US Department of State Foreign Service Officer (J. Michael Springmann), as well as a who's who of liberals and independents) jointly call for a new investigation into 9/11
Former FBI agent (Robert Wright) says "The FBI, rather than trying to prevent a terrorist attack, was merely gathering intelligence so they would know who to arrest when a terrorist attack occurred."
Former FBI translator, who the Department of Justice's Inspector General and several senators have called extremely credible (Sibel Edmonds), said "If they were to do real investigations we would see several significant high level criminal prosecutions in this country. And that is something that they are not going to let out. And, believe me; they will do everything to cover this up". She also is leaning towards the conclusion that 9/11 was an inside job. Some of her allegations have been confirmed in the British press.

Ted Olson's Report of Phone Calls from Barbara Olson on 9/11: Three Official Denials

Late in the day on 9/11, CNN put out a story that began: “Barbara Olson, a conservative commentator and attorney, alerted her husband, Solicitor General Ted Olson, that the plane she was on was being hijacked Tuesday morning, Ted Olson told CNN.” According to this story, Olson reported that his wife had “called him twice on a cell phone from American Airlines Flight 77,” saying that “all passengers and flight personnel, including the pilots, were herded to the back of the plane by armed hijackers. The only weapons she mentioned were knives and cardboard cutters.”2
Ted Olson’s report was very important. It provided the only evidence that American 77, which was said to have struck the Pentagon, had still been aloft after it had disappeared from FAA radar around 9:00 AM (there had been reports, after this disappearance, that an airliner had crashed on the Ohio-Kentucky border). Also, Barbara Olson had been a very well-known commentator on CNN. The report that she died in a plane that had been hijacked by Arab Muslims was an important factor in getting the nation’s support for the Bush administration’s “war on terror.” Ted Olson’s report was important in still another way, being the sole source of the widely accepted idea that the hijackers had box cutters.3
However, although Ted Olson’s report of phone calls from his wife has been a central pillar of the official account of 9/11, this report has been completely undermined.
Olson’s Self-Contradictions
Olson began this process of undermining by means of self-contradictions. He first told CNN, as we have seen, that his wife had “called him twice on a cell phone.” But he contradicted this claim on September 14, telling Hannity and Colmes that she had reached him by calling the Department of Justice collect. Therefore, she must have been using the “airplane phone,” he surmised, because “she somehow didn’t have access to her credit cards.”4 However, this version of Olson’s story, besides contradicting his first version, was even self-contradictory, because a credit card is needed to activate a passenger-seat phone.
Later that same day, moreover, Olson told Larry King Live that the second call from his wife suddenly went dead because “the signals from cell phones coming from airplanes don’t work that well.”5 After that return to his first version, he finally settled on the second version, saying that his wife had called collect and hence must have used “the phone in the passengers’ seats” because she did not have her purse.6
By finally settling on this story, Olson avoided a technological pitfall. Given the cell phone system employed in 2001, high-altitude cell phone calls from airliners were impossible, or at least virtually so (Olson’s statement that “the signals from cell phones coming from airplanes don’t work that well” was a considerable understatement). The technology to enable cell phone calls from high-altitude airline flights was not created until 2004.7
However, Olson’s second story, besides being self-contradictory, was contradicted by American Airlines.
American Airlines Contradicts Olson’s Second Version
A 9/11 researcher, knowing that AA Flight 77 was a Boeing 757, noticed that AA’s website indicated that its 757s do not have passenger-seat phones. After he wrote to ask if that had been the case on September 11, 2001, an AA customer service representative replied: “That is correct; we do not have phones on our Boeing 757. The passengers on flight 77 used their own personal cellular phones to make out calls during the terrorist attack.”8
In response to this revelation, defenders of the official story might reply that Ted Olson was evidently right the first time: she had used her cell phone. However, besides the fact that this scenario is rendered unlikely by the cell phone technology employed in 2001, it has also been contradicted by the FBI.
Olson’s Story Contradicted by the FBI
The most serious official contradiction of Ted Olson’s story came in 2006 at the trial of Zacarias Moussaoui, the so-called 20th hijacker. The evidence presented to this trial by the FBI included a report on phone calls from all four 9/11 flights. In its report on American Flight 77, the FBI report attributed only one call to Barbara Olson and it was an “unconnected call,” which (of course) lasted “0 seconds.”9 According to the FBI, therefore, Ted Olson did not receive a single call from his wife using either a cell phone or an onboard phone.
Back on 9/11, the FBI itself had interviewed Olson. A report of that interview indicates that Olson told the FBI agents that his wife had called him twice from Flight 77.10 And yet the FBI’s report on calls from Flight 77, presented in 2006, indicated that no such calls occurred.
This was an amazing development: The FBI is part of the Department of Justice, and yet its report undermined the well-publicized claim of the DOJ’s former solicitor general that he had received two calls from his wife on 9/11.
Olson’s Story Also Rejected by Pentagon Historians
Ted Olson’s story has also been quietly rejected by the historians who wrote Pentagon 9/11, a treatment of the Pentagon attack put out by the Department of Defense.11
According to Olson, his wife had said that “all passengers and flight personnel, including the pilots, were herded to the back of the plane by armed hijackers.”12 This is an inherently implausible scenario. We are supposed to believe that 60-some people, including the two pilots, were held at bay by three or four men (one or two of the hijackers would have been in the cockpit) with knives and boxcutters. This scenario becomes even more absurd when we realize that the alleged hijackers were all small, unathletic men (the 9/11 Commission pointed out that even “[t]he so-called muscle hijackers actually were not physically imposing, as the majority of them were between 5’5” and 5’7” in height and slender in build”13), and that the pilot, Charles “Chic” Burlingame, was a weightlifter and a boxer, who was described as “really tough” by one of his erstwhile opponents.14 Also, the idea that Burlingame would have turned over the plane to hijackers was rejected by his brother, who said: “I don't know what happened in that cockpit, but I'm sure that they would have had to incapacitate him or kill him because he would have done anything to prevent the kind of tragedy that befell that airplane.”15
Pentagon historians, in any case, did not accept the Olson story, according to which Burlingame and his co-pilot did give up their plane and were in the back with the passengers and other crew members. They instead wrote that “the attackers either incapacitated or murdered the two pilots.”16
Conclusion
This rejection of Ted Olson’s story by American Airlines, the Pentagon, and especially the FBI is a development of utmost importance. Without the alleged calls from Barbara Olson, there is no evidence that Flight 77 returned to Washington. Also, if Ted Olson’s claim was false, then there are only two possibilities: Either he lied or he was duped by someone using voice-morphing technology to pretend to be his wife.17 In either case, the official story about the calls from Barbara Olson was based on deception. And if that part of the official account of 9/11 was based on deception, should we not suspect that other parts were as well?
The fact that Ted Olson’s report has been contradicted by other defenders of the official story about 9/11 provides grounds for demanding a new investigation of 9/11. This internal contradiction is, moreover, only one of 25 such contradictions discussed in my most recent book, 9/11 Contradictions: An Open Letter to Congress and the Press.

Big Oil, the United States and corruption in Kazakhstan

September 11, 2001, federal offices located in the World Trade Center took a direct hit from a hijacked jetliner. Lost in the ruins were records relating to scores of criminal investigations, including two federal grand jury probes of bribery and illegal oil swaps involving ExxonMobil and BP Amoco, the governments of Kazakhstan and Iran, and an American businessman who operated as a "fixer" on behalf of the oil companies. It has been confirmed that, despite the destruction of evidence (which most observers viewed as coincidental, and others as suspicious), these investigations remain open and active.
Although the cases received significant pre-9/11 coverage in the foreign press, and scattered attention in the New York Times, Washington Post, Reuters and the New Yorker (a comprehensive expose by Seymour Hersh), mainstream America remains largely unaware of the potentially explosive allegations—and a trail that leads directly to the White House. Prosecutors in New York and Washington have divulged no new information over the past half-year. The silence was broken on March 30, when investigative journalist Michael C. Ruppert re-introduced the story. He continues to track the Byzantine scandal, and the connections to Dick Cheney, John Ashcroft and the Bush administration.
In light of the escalating and expanding "9/11 war," which at its core is a battle for control for the last remaining supplies of world oil (including Central Asia and the Caspian Sea region), the Kazahkstan probe, and what has already been reported in mainstream press accounts, demands an immediate and thorough re-examination.
Kazahkstan: Oil "El Dorado"
According to the US State Department and the Department of Energy, the Caspian Sea region is estimated to hold between 200 and 235 billion barrels—10 times the amount of the North Sea, roughly as much as Iran and Iraq combined, and about a third of the reserves of the Persian Gulf. Working side by side with the US government, major oil companies have invested billions of dollars in the region—but have yet to realize most of their profits.
Kazakhstan, in particular, has been a focus of US oil efforts. In the Spring-Summer 2000 issue of CovertAction, Karen Talbot provided the following overview, which, in light of recent events, was prescient:
"Kazahkstan is a huge country bordering on the Eastern shore of the Caspian Sea. It has vast petroleum resources. A substantial portion of the oil reserves is in the Tengiz oil fields in the Caspian Basin. Western oil companies are heavily involved in Kazakhstan. However, the only way to transport the petroleum to market is through existing pipelines in Russia, especially the pipeline that crosses Chechnya and terminates at the Black Sea port of Novorossiysk. There is a feverish activity to construct an underwater pipeline beneath the Caspian Sea, which would make it possible to bypass Russia. The major obstacle to this is a treaty requirement that all five littoral states of the Caspian Sea must agree to such a project. That includes Russia and Iran. US officials have been urging that the legalities regarding the Caspian Sea be disregarded in order to move forward with the trans-Caspian pipeline."
The Tengiz oil field on Kazakhstan's Caspian coast is one of the 10 largest oil deposits in the world, and was first developed in 1993 in a joint venture headed by Chevron, which owns 50 percent of the consortium. The resulting enterprise, Tengizchevroil, was later joined by Mobil (now ExxonMobil), a 25 percent owner. The government of Kazakhstan owns another 20 percent, and Russian-American joint venture Lukoil holds a 5 percent share. In November 2000, the Tengizchevroil partners and Lukoil established the Caspian Pipeline Consortium to build a 900-mile pipeline carrying oil from Tengiz to the Russian Black Sea port of Novorossiysk (this pipeline is now operational).
The same Western companies—notably ExxonMobil and BP Amoco—are also involved in exploring another field, Kashagan, which was discovered in the late 1990s. This field is estimated to hold at least 50 billion barrels, but more optimistic projections put the potential figure at 600 billion barrels—twice the reserves of Kuwait.
The key issue for American companies with investments in Kazakhstan has been at the heart of US foreign policy and war planning throughout the region: how to transport oil and gas out of landlocked Caspian/Black Sea fields, while 1) bypassing "hostile" regimes in Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan to the south, and 2) avoiding Russia, and Russian participation (economic, political and military).
Failure to solve this transport issue would result in huge losses for the oil companies. It would also derail the larger geo-strategic goal of the US that has been articulated by Zbigniew Brezezinski and other world policy planners: control and exploitation of the Central Asian Republics.
While the post-9/11 US overthrow of the intransigent Taliban, and installation of a US-approved-regime (led by former Unocal consultant Hamid Kharzai), has now cleared one disputed southerly oil transportation corridor through Afghanistan, transport routes remain a strategic problem. Desperate to realize profits, the world oil oligarchy was, and remains, willing to utilize any and all means to achieve their ends, including (but not limited to) violence, racketeering and corruption.
In a National Geographic piece on Caspian oil, Robert Cullen said "Corruption is a pandemic problem, so open that even the most casual visitor can see it." According to Transparency International's International Perceptions Index, a measure that tracks corruption, Kazakhstan rated an 84 out of a possible score of 99. The only countries of the former Soviet Union that ranked higher in terms of their level of corruption were Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan—countries in which the United States and its multinational oil proxies are heavily involved.
"Mister Kazakhstan"
Across all of the Kazakhstan criminal cases, an American businessman named James Giffen has emerged as a central player. Giffen has been described in published accounts as a deal maker, "fixer," investment banker, public relations man and insider. He has maintained an informal relationship with the CIA, "mainly responding to inquiries about oil and gas matters," according to Giffen himself. As described by former CIA operative Robert Baer in his book See No Evil:
"Jim Giffen was Mr. Kazahkstan. If you wanted an oil concession in Kazahkstan, you went to Giffen because his consulting company, Mercator Corporation, held the keys to the kingdom. If you wanted to get out of your concession . . . because you'd been ripped off, you went to Giffen. He collected the commissions and distributed them, no questions asked, as long as the numbers on the check were right."
Giffen's shadowy activities began in the 1970s. A lifelong advocate of US trade with Russia, he sold oil field equipment to Russia—an enemy of the US at the time—while serving as vice president for Armco Steel. He developed close ties to Armco's president, William Verity, Jr., who later served as commerce secretary in the Reagan administration. Another notable Giffen associate was Michael Forrestal, who would later become a member of the National Security Council and a partner at Shearman & Sterling. (Shearman & Sterling remains Kazakhstan's legal adviser on oil and gas deals.)
During the Carter administration, Giffen played a central role in getting American companies to support the SALT nuclear arms reduction treaty. Also during this period, Giffen began a relationship with Robert Strauss. According to William Greider, it was widely understood that Strauss "arranged deals for American business to develop markets and resources in the newly liberated (Soviet) republics." In the 1990s, Strauss was the US ambassador to Moscow, chairman of the Democratic National Committee and founder of the Democratic Leadership Council.
Strauss is a senior partner at Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, the powerful Washington law firm, and Giffen would eventually become one of Akin, Gump's clients.
Akin, Gump is a registered foreign agent for the Saudi regime. Three of George W. Bush's closest friends in Texas, James Langdon, George Salem and Barnett "Sandy" Kress (a consultant on the Bush education program) are Akin, Gump partners.
Akin, Gump, whose corporate clients include Enron, McDonnell Douglas and Bechtel, has also represented Saudi Arabians connected to Osama bin Laden, including Khalid bin Mahfouz, Mohammed Hussein Al-Amoudi and Salah Idris. Bin Mahfouz is a former director of BCCI, and is a private banker whose clients include the Saudi royal family.
The Mahfouz and Al-Amoudi families are not coincidentally involved in oil field development projects in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan. According to Professor Peter Dale Scott, "Mahfouz/Al-Amoudi joint ventures include the port facilities in Yemen where the USS Cole was bombed by Islamic militants while it refueled, an alleged chemical weapons plant (El Shifa) in Kenya that former U.S. president Bill Clinton ordered destroyed [in 1998]."
Today, Giffen is still an Akin, Gump client, and the firm has represented him in all criminal proceedings.
While serving on the US-USSR Trade and Economic Council in the 1980s, Giffen founded Mercator Corporation, a private banking and public relations firm, and developed ties with Kazahk President Nursultan Nazarbayev. He became the president's personal advisor, and took on the role of intermediary between US companies, Washington, and the Kazahkstan government.
According to Baer, "Giffen did a lot more than business. He was Washington's de facto ambassador to Kazahkstan. When Kazahk President Nazarbayev wanted to come to Washington, he didn't phone Beth Jones, our (US) ambassador in Alma Ata. He called Giffen, whose office in New York took care of all the arrangements, from travel to meetings to security. Giffen also arranged to do all the legal work and lobbying through his white-shoe law firm, Shearman and Sterling. Nazarbayev poured millions of dollars into the firm, even though no one seemed to know where the money ultimately ended up."
In fact, "de facto ambassador" Giffen arranged the first visit between Nazarbayev and President George Herbert Walker Bush. He also buddied with Al Gore, who chaired a US-Kazakhstan joint commission. In fact, according to a Washington Post account, "such was Giffen's pull that he began traveling to and from Kazakhstan on a Kazakh diplomatic passport, even though he remained a US citizen."
Quoting Baer: "In Washington, Giffen's preferred point of contact was Assistant Secretary of State Tobi Gati, head of State's Bureau of Intelligence and Research. With a contact like Giffen, Gati quickly stopped calling up her own bureau or the CIA for anything on Kazahkstan. She could get everything she wanted from Giffen. For instance, when the CIA found out that Nazarbayev was selling sophisticated arms to North Korea and Iran . . . Gati made the problem quietly disappear with a couple of phone calls to Giffen."
Giffen had his hand in nearly every oil deal in the country. It was through Giffen that Chevron secured a 50 percent stake in Tengiz, a deal worth $20 billion. Giffen was paid 7.5 cents for each barrel of oil pumped from Tengiz, a multi-million dollar commission. "He seemed to have a stranglehold on almost all oil and gas contracts," recalled a State Department official.

In putting together this research in a logical and sequential format, great care was taken to confirm, double confirm, and triple confirm every piece of information. Any and all questionable data which could not be independently verified to this author’s satisfaction was discarded.
Taken individually, each story, quote and event may not amount to a full
case. But when taken collectively, this mountain of facts should hammer home the
truth to even the most skeptical reader. There are of course those who have
fallen under the hypnotic spell of the TV talking-heads and "experts" whom they
worship as authority figures. Unaccustomed to thinking for themselves, no amount
of truth can sway them from their preconceived prejudices. They will even
deny that which they see with their own eyes. They are victims of a
psychological affliction known as "the lemming effect". Lemmings are small
rodents who have been observed to follow each other as they charge to their
deaths into raging rivers or even off of cliffs. Lemminghood is an innate
psychological phenomenon, present in most mammals and observable in common
people as well the most sophisticated and educated elites. Lemminghood is not an
intellectual phenomenon - it is psychological. As such, no socio-economic
class is immune to its strangulating effect. A grant- seeking university
scientist can be a lemming just as much as a fashion obsessed teen-age girl. One
blindly follows the latest trendy theory while the other follows the latest
clothing style. What's the difference? Neither can resist the force of nature.
The power to fit in with one's social peers can be irresistible. To a human lemming, the logic behind an opinion doesn't count as much as the power and popularity behind an opinion. Man, like lemming, behaves collectively. And it could be no other way. Naturally, the individual must be equipped with this trait. Otherwise, the smallest steps toward civilization could never have been made. Lemminghood is a survival trait, an inborn instinct in the majority of people. However, as with all natural phenomena, this tendency can be manipulated and used for harmful purposes. It is this lemming effect which enables entire segments of a society to lose their sense of judgment all at the same time.
This research paper will likely be wasted on many lemmings. For lemmings,
denial is a basic psychological defense mechanism used to not only shield
themselves from unpleasant realities, but also to
reassure themselves that they will still fit within the acceptable range of
opinion held by their peer group. Lemmings are absolutely terrified at the
thought of being labeled as an "extremist" or a "conspiracy theorist". At all
costs, their beliefs must always be on the “right” side of the issue and conform
within the boundaries of their lemming peers. Lemmings simply cannot bear the
burden of responsibility, or the social discomfort, which comes with thinking
independently. They will resist any efforts to change their misguided beliefs
with all their mental energy. We can try to open their closed minds and free
them from their self-imposed blindness, but it’s not easy fighting the force of
human nature. The chains of ideological conformity have too strong of a grip,
and breaking them is a difficult task. With the limited resources at our
disposal, it is next to impossible to compete with the media lemming-masters.
The lie of the emperor is always believed before the truth of the peasant.
Nevertheless, some of us must make the meager attempt, and thus lay the
foundation upon which the truth might one day rise again.
There are those few among us who do possess both the courage and intellectual capacity to break free of the shackles of lemminghood and accept the truth when it is presented in a clear and logical sequence. To those open minded and independent thinkers I wish to state clearly and unequivocally. I intend to set forth in this paper an overwhelming body of evidence which should forever destroy the ridiculous notion that some Saudi Arabian caveman and his band of half-trained, nerdy Arab flight school attendees, orchestrated the most sophisticated terror operation in world history. The very idea is utterly laughable. And yet, due to the blithering barrage of bullshit dished out by the government/media complex, millions of "patriotic" Americans have accepted this fantastic fairy tale, this moronic mendacity, this silly superstition, this dangerous delusion, with a religious conviction bordering on insanity. As an admittedly useless public service to my helplessly misinformed countrymen of today, and as a gift to a posterity which will hopefully be more enlightened than my bewildered contemporaries, I have published this research so as to liberate as many people as I can from the oppressive yoke of media brainwashing and state sponsored lies. The core was to the towers what a wooden, no, make that steel, Popsicle stick would be to an ice-cream bar. You could crush the melting ice cream with your hand, but the inner core (the stick) would provide a more resistance to the collapsed than the softer ice-cream. Common sense, but basic physics as well. No? And imagine if that stick was made of solid steel!

A videotape purportedly showing Osama bin Laden confessing to the 9/11 attacks was made public on December 13, 2001:

The videotape was supposedly physically located.

The video was very effective in diverting media attention away from the deportation of five Israelis who danced as the twin towers burned - "Osama" certainly picks his moments to appear.

The quality of the video was very poor and the authenticity of the tape was questioned. This annoyed President Bush:
| "It is preposterous for anybody to think that this tape is doctored," he said during a brief photo opportunity with the prime minister of Thailand. "That's just a feeble excuse to provide weak support for an incredibly evil man." [CNN] |
To be perfectly honest it is preposterous to suggest this videotape could be authentic, but lets have a look at it anyway. Here's 5 Osamas - which is the odd one out?
Even Mr Magoo would have to say that Osama 'E' stands out like a sore thumb, and this is the man confessing on the "lucky find" tape. Between the nose and the cheeks it is clear that this man is NOT Osama.
In the video Osama 'E' appears to write notes with his right hand, yet the FBI's description of Osama indicates he is left-handed. Osama 'E' wears a ring on his right hand which does not appear on other confirmed photos of Osama (e.g. Osama 'B'). Another man is seen wearing a large gold ring in the video. Since the wearing of gold rings is forbidden by Islam it shows neither he nor Osama 'E' has any devotion to this faith.
On December 27, 2001, a second video containing the pale skinned and very real Osama 'C' was broadcast on al Jazeera.

So, this tape was made around ten days after the "lucky find" tape was reportedly made. Are we to believe that Osama's skin, hair and beard changed color in ten days?
The broadcast of the tape caught the US government completely off-guard:
| The recording was dismissed by the Bush administration ... as sick propaganda possibly designed to mask the fact the al-Qa'eda leader was already dead. "He could have made the video and then ordered that it be released in the event of his death," said one White House aide. [Telegraph] |
This was a very telling response.
Also, his comments caused quite a stir because because they contradicted the "confession" video:
| American officials argued that bin Laden's frequent references to US support for Israel were a bogus justification for his terrorism because in the "dinner party" tape of a private conversation there was no mention of the Middle East. [Telegraph] |
This is very odd indeed because in bin Laden's September 28, 2001 denial of involvement in the 9/11 attacks he had plenty to say about the US and Israel:
| This system is totally in control of the American-Jews, whose first priority is Israel, not the United
States. It is clear that the American people are themselves the slaves of the Jews and are forced to live
according to the principles and laws laid by them. So, the punishment should reach Israel. In fact, it is
Israel, which is giving a blood bath to innocent Muslims and the U.S. is not uttering a single word. [Public Action] And his views were the same in 1998: "We say to the Americans as people and to American mothers, if they cherish their lives and if they cherish their sons, they must elect an American patriotic government that caters to their interests, not the interests of the Jews." Not only do the real Osama and the "lucky find" Osama look totally different, they also write with different hands and have different faiths and priorities.
It does not get any more obvious than this.
There is clearly good reason to doubt the November 9 tape. There is excessive noise on the audio track, making it impossible to really hear what is being said. Given that the tape was recorded in an area supposedly devoid of audio urban signature, there should have been little ambient noise, yet the speech is masked with a great deal of noise.
But there are very good reasons to suspect that the tape is not what the US Government claims it to be. In the tape, Osama supposedly states that he knew of the attack on the WTC 5 days in advance, yet we know from the preparations inside the United States that the plan had been in existence for much longer than that. The records of those flight schools where the hijackers supposedly trained have been confiscated under the watchful eye of Jeb Bush, Governor of Florida and brother to the President. Will the Bush administration now claim that the hijackers learned to fly a passenger jet in just 5 days?
Likewise, The translation of the Osama tape has him stating that the hijackers did not know they were about to die, yet letters the FBI claim to have found written by the hijackers indicate the exact opposite.
Finally, this was not the first video tape claiming to show Osama confessing, and claims made in the earlier "confession" tape, including a claim that Osama had nukes, were created by the translator, not actually stated by Osama.
This never-to-be-seen video also appeared right on cue:

Even hard line secular Pakistanis were unconvinced by the released bin Laden video tape. Iqbal Haider, a former senator from the party of ousted prime minister Benazir Bhutto, said he found it hard to believe that bin Laden would allow himself to be filmed confessing to the crime. "It is hard to believe that a man who masterminds the September attacks with such secrecy and finesse could be that stupid and imprudent," he said. "I hate Osama and the Taliban because they inflicted incalculable damage on Muslims ... but it is hard to digest that he can be such a fool."

It is way past time that America flushed the toilet in DC.
My response:
In an age of cynicism, we enter autopilot mode when encountered with something that seems too good to be true. If it seems to good, it cannot possibly be legitimate. I want to believe that I am above all that, that I have no prejudices. I am fortunate to have traveled and experienced cultures in more countries than I can count on my fingers and toes, and a significant portion of the United States as well. I am fascinated by the differences, commonalities and misperceptions among communities. And while skin color, religious beliefs, sexuality, socio-economic status, tattoos and piercings do not interfere with my relationships among my fellow humans on this planet, one experience in my past has created a sense of mistrust of…there’s a word for it, but I do not recall it… certain business people.
A decade ago, I became acquainted with a man who could convince you the moon was made of stinky, green cheese and sell you a pound of it. He was a suave, sophisticated, brilliant 70 year-old entrepreneur, holding hundreds of patents and CEO of a few avionics companies. He made so many promises that never came to fruition financially, but there was always an excuse. I think everyone he ever came into contact with knew they were being conned, but he was crazy and charming, and on brief – very brief - occasions, successful financially. He asked to store some documents at our house, as he needed access to them during a move to another state. He asked for all sorts of things – please register this domain, file this application for a corporation, or fill out this application to create a holding company. “Tell me what your expenses are and I’ll send you a check.”
Needless to say, the check never came. Nor did he make arrangements to pick up the twenty or so boxes stored in the corner of the living room. He did call to say he was negotiating this deal or that, but by that time it was obvious that there was no positive outcome of the relationship. The boxes were not sealed, so we snooped. All the corporations, trusts, holding companies, patent applications existed. However, upon examination of some of the receipts, a pattern emerged. He (and his wife) would obtain financial backing and dump start-up capital into lavish trips to Vegas, shopping sprees at Neiman’s, five-star European holidays…. The business would go under, he would sucker someone else into a complicated stock swap scheme and begin a new venture. He was a colossal train wreck, turning people’s lives upside down. He had the Midas touch with the polarity reversed. Despite this, he had honorable intentions and desperately wanted a success in his final years. Fortunately, he only made a brief appearance in my life, but the stories of his interactions with others (learned after the fact) would make a too-weird-to-be-true work of fiction. He always used his middle initials in his name, which was of Germanic origin.
Agh! I don’t even like to think of the man. The checking account only suffered by a few hundred dollars in miscellaneous expenses, but it was worth the lesson for a couple of twentysomethings.
When I couldn’t find any information on Mr. Schwarz, the first thing that came to my mind was the brilliant, busted businessman I had met in the past. I was immediately disillusioned. It was too good to be true. Patmos Nanotechnolgies didn’t exist, and in this day and age, everyone and everything has a presence on the web. People have web pages devoted to their pets! A big portion of all government documents were public until Herr Ashcroft and Herr Bush decided that “We the People” are a bunch of terrorists and removed huge portions of previously public information from public viewing. There is no way a business can hide, and if they are hiding, then perhaps it is an intelligence operation. In hindsight, I should have just called him, but as I explained to Mr. Schwarz in a late-night e-mail, I was frightened by his charm. I felt that if I were to speak or write to him, I would be sucked into a melodrama written in the past. Also, maybe I wouldn't write down my concerns, which I feel were legitimate regardless of whether my fears proved correct.
Mr. Schwarz has graciously explained his business experience, which has shades of “it’s too good to be true” written all over it, but it really is true – and fascinating. I am not printing his personal e-mails to me, as I can now certainly understand his desire for privacy, but he is free to reproduce it as he sees fit. And anyone going up against KB&R has my utmost wishes to put that slimy company (that friends work for – sorry about that) out of business and the top executives in jail for treason and crimes against humanity. I hear there are cells available at Abu Ghraib.
Coupled with the inability to find any information on Patmos or Global Axxess, my experience with the business typhoon (leaving a path of destruction in his wake), my paranoia about counterintelligence operatives in the peace movement, a tension headache from the debate between Tweedle Smart and Tweedle Dumb, e-mails to friends outside of the US asking if political asylum is possible if Bush steals the election, fake polls and inane quotes praising Dubbya for his performance in the debate, three new homeless people hanging out by the highway overpass, the debt limit vote delayed until after the election, more dead men in Iraq, the bullet ridden corpse of a little Palestinian child one her way to school, reports of shredded voter registration forms and voting machine failures, the mysteries of the 1918 Spanish Flu “resolved” during what appears an almost planned vaccine shortage, reports of the US and Israel attacking Iran from a website that has mysteriously disappeared after a year plus on-line, and reading the lies of idiots who are trying to lure all the high school kids into joining an organization that is committing crimes against humanity on a daily basis – but don’t worry, kid, if you engage in acts of torture you will probably be promoted and as you grow black mushrooms on your thighs and your kids are born with gross deformities from your exposure to the radioactive waste of illegal weapons in a useless attempt to bring armed democracy to the people, just remember that you are defending the United States of America, and all the other depressing news of the day, I became overly suspicious. It’s hard to find good in the world some days, and if something is too good to be true, it probably is. It doesn’t excuse posting about him without more information, but it is an explanation. I jumped to the wrong conclusion about Mr. Schwarz, and I apologize for my biting sarcasm.
I do not believe in coincidences – I believe in synchronicity. The key is to figure out the benefit of our interactions with each other and our environment. In other words, this happened for a reason, even if I don't understand the benefit at the moment. While I feel I was not nice in accusing Mr. Schwarz of being someone other than he professed to be, I do not feel bad about investigating these inconsistencies, even if it wasn’t the most thorough job. I take perverse pleasure in playing the role of devil’s advocate, as I think it’s the only way to discover the truth, although truth is merely a perception. I’ll stop with that Jungian thought before this becomes seven pages of existentialism.
While I understand why Mr. Schwarz did not feel the need to register the domain names, in the age of the Internet, it is a wise thing to do. Plenty of nefarious types can register a domain and put up disinformation, or more often, porn and other sleazy sites. It’s cheap and no need to create a parked page if the company is just a holding company. I have received a lot of private e-mails from people saying they had the same question, “Why not register the domains?” I was not the only person to find it odd, especially for a technology company.
In my late-night ramblings to Mr. Schwarz, I mentioned the frustration I felt. He mentioned that many people were making plans to leave the US if Bush steals the election. What does that say about Bush? That people are willing to leave their friends, family and country to escape the man and his policies? And the people leaving are the smart ones. They see what is going on. They know something’s about to hit the proverbial fan. What happens with the mass exodus of the intelligentsia? Where will the creative ideas emerge that are necessary to repair the physical and economic infrastructure of the country? I know twelve people personally who will move with a Bush “win”. I have read blogs indicating a whole lot of people have the same idea.
Well, I shall put this to rest. Please buy Mr. Schwarz’s book, “One Way Ticket to Crawford” when it is published, or at least borrow it from a friend if you are one of the unemployed or underemployed affected by the fascist corruption of US society. I apologize for coming to the wrong conclusion about Karl Schwarz’s background. We have much to learn from him.

Just who is Karl W. Schwarz? An eloquent author, yes. He writes passionate, well-researched essays outlining the crimes of government. He writes prolifically, and has been a featured speaker at forums that focus on the truth behind the events surrounding September 11th. He is exceptionally articulate. I do not disagree with what he has to say.
I came across his name as the author of a demand letter to President Bush. He was described as a CEO of Patmos Nanotechnologies LLC, although this company does not exist in any cache from a search engine, because until yesterday, this domain had never been registered. I bought it. Yes, it was perhaps a reckless waste of money, especially with Dubbya and most of the politicians in Washington, D.C. spending and squandering like there’s no tomorrow. What do they care, anyhow? They have their super secret bunkers where they can hunker down with their super friends while they play soldier with the “nookulure” football. But I digress, as I often do.
It is implausible to think that any business that would use the word “nanotechnologies” in the name wouldn’t have a website, let alone the domain registered.
Fueled by excessive caffine yesterday, I registered patmosnanotechnologies.com yesterday afternoon. You can read about my convoluted reasoning here.:
I found a few more irregularities as I my search continued. Mind you, this is limited to five search engines and no public records search. It’s not my intent to harm Mr. Schwarz, and his personal life is none of my business. My interest is in his business acumen.
A search on the word “Patmos” revealed that it is not only one of the Greek Islands, but also an acronym for Power And Timing Modeling, Optimization and Simulation. This sounds like nanotechnology to me. I’m thinking to myself, “Wow. This guy’s a CEO, Republican and Christian and smart!” And I still think he’s smart, but I have not found a real record of his experiences with nanotechnology. I did not find any association of PATMOS and Karl Schwarz. The domain name was unregistered until I signed myself up as the new owner yesterday afternoon. The only reference to Patmos Nanotechnologies is a two-line bio of Mr. Schwarz that appears after his essays, or associated with an introduction of 9/11 panelists.
The next biographical reference to appear was:
“Karl W. B. Schwarz lives in Little Rock, Ark., and is the author of "One-Way Ticket to Crawford, Texas, a Conservative Republican Speaks Out." He is the President and Chief Executive Office of Patmos Nanotechnologies, LLC and I-nets Security Systems, a designer of intelligence and UAV systems.”
Ah ha! I figured out the reason for the missing reference to Patmos Nanotechnologies. It must be a subsidiary of I-nets Security Systems.

Inets.com is an ISP.
I-nets.com (note hyphen) is involved in digital compression and transmission technology, which sounds like the it would involve a word like “nannotechnology”, but the operation is based in Singapore (with a California office). We know that Mr. Schwarz has lived in Arkansas for much of his adult life, so that probably isn’t the right company. There is no mention of a Schwarz in the company structure.
I-nets.net is registered in Germany and is for sale.
Now I was a little more confused, and a tad suspicious. Designer of intelligence and security systems, and no real biography despite his growing prominence as a spokesperson for a truth movement. Is there some counterinetlligence aspect that is overlooked by truth activists?
I figured I’d look for a copy of his book. I couldn’t find it anywhere, so I am assuming it is still in the writing or self-publishing phase. I did see a link to his lawyer for those interested in purchasing a copy.

The e-mail address, which I have removed part of in an effort to deter spam (you can easily find it online) surprised me, as it was to what would appear to be a personal at-home account. Many authors have their names domained nowadays. Well, at least it solved the publication riddle. I was starting to get the idea that Mr. Schwarz lacks any real web development skills.
Then I stumbled upon this little treasure:

Well, now in the same period, the entrepreneurial Karl Schwarz is also CEO of Global Axxess AND Patmos Nanotechnolgies.
My fingers typed Global Axxess into the search engines and – viola! – nothing but a shell company.
The first reference to Global Axxess I found was a press release from GlobeTrac:

Now I am really confused. Irish corporation, British Columbia manufacturer. All thousands of miles from Arkansas. By the way, globalaxxess.com is currently unregistered. I guess GlobeTrac didn’t want the redirects.
A search of Karl Schwarz and UAV led to an article co-authored by Karl Schwarz and Stefan Schwarz in Flug Revue. Dated February 1997, the title of the article is “Market Survey: Unmanned Air Vehicles in Europe.” I do not know if this is the same Karl W. B. Schwarz.
I searched a little more and found Karl Schwarz’s name as CEO of COMMAXXESS/COMMAXX (domain now for sale, Mr. Schwarz’s attorney is the contact person on the domain registration.), a company designed to take over the bankrupt Global Crossing back in 2003. Mr. Schwarz encouraged shareholders and employees “to endorse Global Axxess in their bid to take ownership of Global Crossing. You can read some of the comments to the FCC here.
I’m a little confused, since according to GlobeTrac, Global Axxess was an Irish corporation.
I found nothing but a series of press releases sent to a series of small business media outlets stating:

Now it’s my turn to ask - Confused yet? It seems if Global Axxess, COMMEXXESS, and COMMAXXESSES are all the same company, but people forget which name to use on a daily basis.
I was up until the wee hours of the morning looking for more information on Mr. Schwarz. Thanks to the miracle of nanotechnology, I found Doug Basham’s site. Mr. Schwarz was a guest on September 25th. http://www.dougbasham.com/base.html

No reference to Global Axxess or Patmos Nanotechnologies, but it did help me broaden me search parameters, where I discovered E-Cap Bank, which is, best as I can tell, a site that was to lure potential investors to pony up $2.5 billion for a mega telecom takeover. Perhaps it failed because the Global Axxess and COMMEXXESS could not find the time to showcase their business on the web. Or maybe it is the members.tripod web address and home made web page for E-Cap Bank, which appears to be the only institution with a web presence, yet still no registered domain name.
I do not list technology as a hobby, and yet I have several websites, and if I am bored one day, I can just plunk down my fingers onto the keyboard and use one of the twenty or so names of other sites I have registered and create an instant website. I’m not a programmer. It’s not especially hard, but time consuming if you are a novice and want things like actions scripts and css style sheets. But that doesn’t answer the question of why someone with a technology hobby did not register the domains?
Something isn’t right here. I don’t want to delve into Mr. Schwarz’s background or impugn his character. All I know about him comes from web sites. We share many of the same ideals. He has many important ideas to share with the world. However, these inconsistencies regarding Patmos Nanotechnolgies and Global Axxess bother me because those who want to damage the credibility of the 9-11 truth movement will use this information as ammunition. The skeptic in me wonders about cointellpro possibilities, but the feds have people who can build websites and plenty of PR firms ready to register domains for fictitious grass roots groups. I was not impressed that Globe Axxess was involved in personal tracking devices. Kind of Orwellian, especially for someone who complains about the Patriot Act. I keep thinking of Stephen Hatfill, smeared by Bush. Mr. Schwarz could have spent half his life in prison (he did not to the best of my knowledge) and I would have no less respect for the ideas he put forth in his demand letter to Bush. However, he needs to stick to the facts and not worry about exaggerating his role as a businessman. Technically, I am a CEO/President, too, because I on my own business. My friends would laugh at me if I used the term on my business card.
What’s the point to all this if it is not my intention to bring disrespect to Mr. Schwarz and the 9/11 movement? Any person can do a search on Karl W. B. Schwarz and come up with this information. What if he was at a rally and someone blindsided him with these inconsistencies? You can bet that reporters covering the event would focus on Mr. Schwarz’s character rather than his thoughts on 9-11. I suppose I would rather deal this now and move on. Karl Schwarz knows his 9-11 history and has much to offer. Just tell us the truth, please.

AJ: He is back with us. He is former Bob Dole's chief of staff, very successful counselor, lawyer. He represents hundreds of the victims families of 9/11. He is suing Bush for involvement in 9/11. Now a major Zogby poll out - half of New Yorkers think the government was involved in 9/11. And joining us for the next 35 minutes, into the next hour, is Stanley Hilton. Stanley, it's great to have you on with us.
SH: Glad to be on.
AJ: We'll have to recap this when we start the next hour, but just in a nutshell, you have a lawsuit going, you've deposed a lot of military officers. You know the truth of 9/11. Just in a nutshell, what is your case alleging?
SH: Our case is alleging that Bush and his puppets Rice and Cheney and Mueller and Rumsfeld and so forth, Tenet, were all involved not only in aiding and abetting and allowing 9/11 to happen but in actually ordering it to happen. Bush personally ordered it to happen. We have some very incriminating documents as well as eye-witnesses, that Bush personally ordered this event to happen in order to gain political advantage, to pursue a bogus political agenda on behalf of the neocons and their deluded thinking in the Middle East. I also wanted to point out that, just quickly, I went to school with some of these neocons. At the University of Chicago, in the late 60s with Wolfowitz and Feith and several of the others and so I know these people personally. And we used to talk about this stuff all of the time. And I did my senior thesis on this very subject - how to turn the U.S. into a presidential dictatorship by manufacturing a bogus Pearl Harbor event. So, technically this has been in the planning at least 35 years.
AJ: That's right. They were all Straussian followers of a Nazi-like professor. And now they are setting it up here in America. Stanley, I know you deposed a lot of people and you've got your $7 million dollar lawsuit with hundreds of the victim's families involved.
SH: 7 billion, 7 billion
AJ: Yeah, 7 billion. Can you go over some of the new and incriminating evidence you've got of them ordering the attack?
SH: Yes, let me just say that this is a taxpayers' class action lawsuit as well as a suit on behalf of the families and the basic three arguments are they violated the Constitution by ordering this event. And secondly that they [garbled] fraudulent Federal Claims Act, Title 31 of the U.S. Code in which Bush presented false and fraudulent evidence to Congress to get the Iraq war authorization. And, of course, he related it to 9/11 and claimed that Saddam was involved with that, and all these lies.
AJ: Tell you what, stay there. Stanley, we've got to break. Let's come back and get into the evidence. BREAK
AJ: All right my friends, second hour, September 10th, 2004, the anniversary of the globalist attack coming up tomorrow. It's an amazing individual we have on the line. Bob Dole's former chief of staff, political scientist, a lawyer, he went to school with Rumsfeld and others, he wrote his thesis about how to turn America into a dictatorship using a fake Pearl Harbor attack. He's suing the U.S. government for carrying out 9/11. He has hundreds of the victims' families signing onto it - it's a $7 billion lawsuit. And he is Stanley Hilton. I know that a lot of stations just joined us in Los Angeles and Rhode Island and Missouri and Florida and all over. Please sir, recap what you were just stating and then let's get into the new evidence. And then we'll get into why you are being harassed by the FBI, as other FBI people are being harassed who have been blowing the whistle on this. So, this is really getting serious. Stanley, tell us all about it.
SH: Yeah, we are suing Bush, Condoleezza Rice, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Mueller, etc. for complicity in personally not only allowing 9/11 to happen but in ordering it. The hijackers we retained and we had a witness who is married to one of them. The hijackers were U.S. undercover agents. They were double agents, paid by the FBI and the CIA to spy on Arab groups in this country. They were controlled. Their landlord was an FBI informant in San Diego and other places. And this was a direct, covert operation ordered, personally ordered by George W. Bush. Personally ordered. We have incriminating evidence, documents as well as witnesses, to this effect. It's not just incompetence - in spite of the fact that he is incompetent. The fact is he personally ordered this, knew about it. He, at one point, there were rehearsals of this. The reason why he appeared to be uninterested and nonchalant on September 11th - when those videos showed that Andrew Card whispered in his ear the [garbled] words about this he listened to kids reading the pet goat story, is that he thought this was another rehearsal. These people had dress-rehearsed this many times. He had seen simulated videos of this. In fact, he even made a Freudian slip a few months later at a California press conference when he said he had, quote, "seen on television the first plane attack the first tower." And that could not be possible because there was no video. What it was was the simulated video that he had gone over. So this was a personally government-ordered thing. We are suing them under the Constitution for violating Americans' rights, as well as under the federal Fraudulent Claims Act, for presenting a fraudulent claim to Congress to justify the bogus Iraq boondoggle war, for political gains. And also, under the RICO statute, under the Racketeering Corrupt Organization Act, for being a corrupt entity. And I've been harassed personally by the chief judge of the federal court who is instructing me personally to drop this suit, threatened to kick me off the court, after 30 years on the court. I've been harassed by the FBI. My staff has been harassed and threatened. My office has been broken into and this is the kind of government we are dealing with.
AJ: Absolutely and now it has come out - five separate drills of flying hijacked jets into buildings that morning - which you told us about before it even broke in the Associated Press. They were trying to get out ahead of you. You talked about how you interviewed military people who were told it was a drill that morning. Then to get out ahead of that, the news finally reported on it. Now, we've learned that all these operations - I want to get into that, I want to talk about the new incriminating evidence of ordering it and how they had drilled on this, how Cheney was in the bunker controlling this. That has even come out in the mainstream news but they won't release the details of that, Stanley. But what type of FBI harassment are you going through?
SH: First of all, my office was burglarized in San Francisco several months ago. Files were gone through and some files were seized - particularly the ones dealing with the lady that was married to one of the hijackers. Fortunately, I had spare copies in a hidden place so nothing disappeared permanently. But more significantly, FBI agents have been harassing one of my staff members and threatening them with vague but frightening threats of indicting them. And it's just total harassment. They have planted a spy, an undercover agent, in my organization, as we just recently discovered. In other words, these are Nazi Germany tactics. This is the kind of government you have in this country. This is what Bush is all about.
